Charlotte began studying Vinyasa in her early twenties, alongside Holistic Nutrition. Yet she always thought there was something missing. Then she discovered Kundalini Yoga a few years later and it all clicked. What drew her in was the emphasis on esoteric philosophy and the way the teachings spoke to the unseen mechanisms of the mind, body, and consciousness itself. It offered answers to the questions she had been carrying quietly. About energy, about perception, about what it actually means to live an awake and meaningful life.
Endlessly curious by nature, she wanted to keep studying the deeper mechanisms at play beneath people’s behaviour, emotions, and beliefs. What shapes perception. What creates change. What gives someone meaning. She trained in Somatic Attachment Therapy as a way to further connect those dots.
Her work is shaped by her own process of learning how to trust the body again. How to recognize patterns. How to regulate the nervous system instead of pushing through it. How to build a relationship with intuition that feels grounded, not abstract.
Be The Ovum is an expression of that exploration.
This is a space for women who feel the quiet sense that something within them wants attention. Who may feel disconnected for their inner world, but who know there is more depth available to them. A place to slow down, come back into the body, and cultivate clarity from the inside out.
She’s still learning. Still listening.
And she offers this work from that honest place.
